May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

It is possible to purchase multiple lift tickets in one order.
The lift ticket data is linked and saved in “My Account”.
The cards are administered via “My Account”.
Next time, the keycard number, name, etc. will already be stored when ordering.

Do I need an existing keycard?

If you have a keycard, you can easily top it up online. If you don't have a keycard at hand, you can select the Pick Up option. After completing your order, you will receive a QR code and can collect your ticket from a ticket machine or a cash desk.
Info: The SuperSkiCard and the Gravity Card are only sent by post.

Where do i find the keycard number?

You can find the keycard number on the back of the keycard. It starts with 01- and has a total of 23 digits.

Do I have to register to buy a ticket?

You do need to register to buy a ticket. Registering has many advantages, e.g. your data will be saved, so that you can order tickets even more quickly and easily in the future. Furthermore, you can view your orders at any time, etc. A guest order is not possible.

Can I purchase discounted tickets in the online ticket shop?

Reduced tickets (e.g. group tickets, reduced bike tickets for JOKER CARD holders) are currently only available at the ticket offices and NOT in the online ticket shop.

How do I receive my ticket when ordering at the online ticket shop?

Top-up: You can top up your existing KeyCard. Please have the imprint on the KeyCard renewed after the first pass through the turnstile (charging authorization) at a ticket office (smooth use only possible with the current imprint - photo ID must be shown!)
Pick up: You can pick up your ticket at a ticket machine or at a cash desk using the QR code sent to you.
Pick Up Ski ALPIN CARD season ticket: You can pick up your season ticket at the main ticket offices.

For SuperSkiCards and Gravity Cards we ONLY offer delivery by post. We will cover the shipping costs for you.
Please note the delivery time and order in time.
Postal shipping within Austria takes 3-5 working days. Outside Austria, postal shipping takes 7-14 working days.

How long does it take for tickets and vouchers to be sent?

You will receive a confirmation by email a few minutes after your succesful order.
If you have chosen the PICK UP option, you will find your QR code in this confirmation for the pick up at the resort.
With the TOP UP option, you will receive a confirmation after successful payment and your ticket will be loaded onto your keycard the first time you pass through a turnstile.
Print@Home vouchers will be sent as an attachment in the confirmation email.

Only for SuperSkiCard and Gravity Card:
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be issued the next day and sent by post to your desired address. Orders placed on a Friday, public holiday, window day or weekend will be processed on the next working day. Postal shipping within Austria takes 3-5 working days. Outside Austria, postal shipping takes 7-14 working days. No shipping on weekends, bridge days or pubplic holidays. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is only available for SuperSkicards and Gravity Cards. We will cover the shipping costs for you.

What payment options are available at the online ticket shop?

The following payment options are available to you in our online ticket shop:
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, V-Pay, Maestro)

What do I do with my Keycard from last winter/summer?

The undamaged Keycards will be taken back at all ticket offices.
Tip: It's best to keep the Keycard and top up the card at home before your next visit.

Can I pass on my ticket to another person?

Tickets are NOT transferable (also not within a family). Any misuse shall result in the immediate withdrawal of the ticket. The customer will be further charged with the cost of a ticket and an additional fine of at least € 70.00. Always keep your ticket safe from any unauthorized third-party access to prevent misuse. The right to press charges is expressly reserved. For the GravityCard the fine is € 150,00 plus a cost of a ticket. 

What happens when I lose my ticket?

With the purchase of your day, multi-day, season and year tickets you will receive a blocking number on your receipt. In case of loss this receipt enables us to issue a new ticket.
Tip: Take a photo of your ticket with the blocking number on it – this will also allow our staff at the lift ticket counters to replace your ticket. We will charge a processing fee of € 15.00 for the replacement of your ticket.

Where is my ticket valid?

365 Action ALPIN CARD
Valid in Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, on the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and at Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel in Kaprun. Included: Ski & Board with up to 121 lifts and 408 km of pistes and glacier skiing until 18.05.2035, hiking offer, bike transport and offer, paragliding on the Schmittenhöhe and ski touring possibilities at Kitzsteinhorn.

365 Classic ALPIN CARD
Valid in Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, on the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and at Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel in Kaprun. Included: Ski & Board (11.10.2025–03.05.2026) with up to 121 lifts and 408 km of pistes. For hikers, lots of lifts run in summer and there is a range of great opportunities for adventures and day trips.

Ski ALPIN CARD
Valid in Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, on the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and at Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel in Kaprun.

One day- and multi day skitickets
Valid in Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, on the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and at Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel in Kaprun.

Hike ALPIN CARD
Valid in Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn (not including bike transportation and bike park), at the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See (not including bike transportation), as well as Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel in Kaprun (skiers, ski tourers and bikers excepted).

Bike season ticket
Valid in Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang  Fieberbrunn and at Kitzsteinhorn/Maiskogel in Kaprun.

Day and Multi-Day Tickets Bike
Valid in Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. 

Gravity card:
Valid in 30 bike parks in Europe.

What is the family benefit and how can I get it? (only for year- or season tickets)

Family bonus: For families with more than 2 children: when both older children (born 2007 or later) purchase 365 Classic, 365 Action, Hike or Ski ALPIN CARDs, any further child (born 2007 or later) gets the same ALPIN CARD free of charge. This family bonus can only be obtained when purchasing passes at the lift ticket counters. We can NOT grant the bonus in our online ticket shop.
Prove of the family connection must be provided via family card or by the verification of the child benefits from the fiscal authorities (AT) or the German Kindergeldbescheid.

What should I bear in mind when transporting dogs?

It is possible to take dogs with you in all our facilities. Dogs must be on a leash and wear a muzzle.
Fee (2024/25): € 8,00 per day / € 31,00 for 7 days / € 80,00 per year

Where can I pick up my ticket using the QR code?

Winter: Day- & Multiday tickets can easily be picked up with the QR code at the ticket machines or at all lift ticket counters in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn.
The ticket machines are located at the A9 Unterschwarzachbahn, B1 12er KOGEL, B4 Zwölfer-Nord Bahn, D1 Reiterkogelbahn, A1 Schattberg X-press, I1 Schönleitenbahn, the L1 Asitzbahn, L3 Steinbergbahn and at the ticket office in Fieberbrunn.

The Ski ALPIN CARD season ticket, the 365 Classic ALPIN CARD, the 365 Action ALPIN CARD, the HIKE ALPIN CARD and the Bike-Season-Ticket can only be picked up at the ticket offices (cash desks). 

Can I also use the Ski Alpin Card winter season ticket or the SuperSkiCard to hike in fall?

Yes, that is possible. Autumn time = hiking time. Biketransport / Biking trails are not included.
