Practical Information

PIck up: Season tickets can only be picked up at the ticket offices - PHOTO ID CHECK!
A deposit of € 2,00 will be charged per keycard at the ticket office.

TOP-UP: If you purchased a ticket with an existing keycard, you can go directly to the lift. Your ticket will be loaded onto your card at the reader.
Please note that the first pass takes a little longer (approx. 10 seconds) because the ticket is loaded onto the card there.
Please have the keycard reprinted at a cable car ticket office after the first pass through the turnstile (to top up your authorization) to ensure smooth use - ID CHECK!
