Practical Information

PICK UP: Annual tickets can only be picked up at the ticket offices: - PHOTO ID CHECK. A deposit of € 2,00 will be charged per keycard at the ticket office.

RELOAD: If you purchase a ticket with an existing keycard you can go directly to the lift. Your ticket will be added to your keycard at the reader/turnstile.Please note that the first pass takes a little longer (approx. 10 seconds) as the ticket is loaded onto the card there. Please renew the imprint on the KeyCard after the first access through the turnstile (recharge authorization) at one of our ticket offices. A current imprint is important to ensure free and trouble-free use of the ticket. Photo ID must be presented!

RELOAD: Simply top up a ski ticket onto a Keycard you already have at home.

PICK UP: Complete your order in advance, then pick up your ski ticket using a QR code at a Pick Up machine or a ticket office.

Easter Bonus

EASTER BONUS (valid FROM 28.03. TO 06.04.2026)

Parents will receive a free ski pass for children born in 2010 and later if you an parent buys an adult 4-day ski pass (excluding SuperSkiCard). This Easter bonus can only be obtained when purchasing passes at the ticket counters. Not in the online-ticket-shop!

Junior XPLORE CARD

The Super-Saturday-Ticket for all youngsters

With the Junior XLPORE CARD, kids & teens (born in 2007 or later) get a day skipass every Saturday (from 29.11.2025 - 04.04.2026) for only EUR 15,00

The skipass is only valid on site at cash desk (ID required)
